PhD graduate from Capella University, Current a Nursing Professor at South University- West Palm Beach, and Palm Beach Market Clinical Professional Development Educator, HCA Florida. 24+ years of nursing experience. Has planned and directed four Global Medical Missions, 2023 (22), 2022 (47), 2021 (20) under Dr. Gabone QHSC Inc.; In addition, 2019 (5 volunteers), and 2018, & 2017 as individual missions. Focuses on training and educating healthcare workers at multiple hospitals in Dar Es Salaam and Dodoma. Engages in community training on disease prevention through CPR training, Vision and Hearing screening, handwashing, and dental hygiene. Recruits experts from different fields to provide sustainable virtual training and education before, during and after the missions. Collaborates with Ministry of Health and other stakeholders to ensure effective training to address the Tanzanian maternal and neonates' mortality and SAVE LIVES!
