Dr. Harrieth KOKUSHUBILA Gabone
President, CEO & Founder of Dr. Gabone QHSC Inc. Native of Tanzania. PhD graduate from Capella University, Current a Nursing Professor at South University- West Palm Beach, Florida. 22+ years of nursing experience. Worked as clinical nursing educator at University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Ohio. Planned and directed three Global Medical Missions, 2022 & 2021 with 47 and 20 volunteers respectively under Dr. Gabone QHSC Inc., and 2019 (with 5 volunteers), and 2018, & 2017 as individual missions. Focused on training and educating healthcare workers at multiple hospitals in Dar Es Salaam and Dodoma. Engaged on community education on disease prevention through handwashing and dental hygiene with school age children at one school in Dar es Salaam & Dodoma. Team QHSC empowered and recruited experts from different fields to provide sustainable training and education via virtually before, during and after the mission. Plans to collaborate with Ministry of Health and other stakeholders to ensure effective training to address the maternal and neonates' mortality and SAVE LIVES!

Dr. Oscar Geitwa Gabone
Director of Primary Health Care Institute in Iringa Tanzania. Doctor of dental Surgery (DDS) and Public Health specialist. Master of Public Health (MPH). Plans to volunteer through QHSC by using prior experiences to provide medical and academic services, respectively to make the NGO a success.

Jessica HappyGod Mkony
Certified Public Accountant [CPA] with 16 year experience in auditing from the National audit Office. Graduated with Master Degree in Business Administration at University of Dar es Salaam. Co-Founder of the Magnet Youth Sports Organization. Plans to volunteer and give back to Tanzanian society through services and community outreach projects. Prior experience and knowledge will facilitate in bringing excellent quality education, sharing knowledge, providing medical equipment, and ensuring effective clinical training that lead to better services.

MS. Chilwa Kiliaki
-An economist by training at Sokoine University of Agriculture, Michigan State University, and Harvard School of Economics. Worked with the Bank of Tanzania for over 25 years (1986-2012) in various management responsibilities.
- My passion is to make a difference in the lives of marginalized people - mainly through contributing my time, acquired knowledge and work experience to influence changes relevant for health and economic empowerment.
- Dr. Gabone QHSC is one of the platforms for my volunteering time.
