A healthy diet may enhance sports performance. QHSC discussion with Magnet Youth Organization athletes on feedback over the diet logs entries. Encouragement on eating adequate complex carbohydrates, protein, and calcium to build the young athletes bones and muscles and achieve excellency in sports. Hydration is necessary for all athletes.
